Section I: Punishments Anyone who break the bylaws will be subject to seven varying degrees of punishment. The punishment of members in most cases will depend on the offence and will become more severe for repeated offenders. Prospects are not held to the same standard. If a prospect must be punished it will be much more severe than a patched members punishment. Punishments in most cases will be decided by the Sergeant at Arms except for the last two degrees those will have to come to a table vote. Any member subject to a punishment is put on suspension until their punishment is fulfilled.
First Degree: Flogging The offender is forced to dress ridiculously in game and is beaten by all patched members. This continues till all members feel satisfied with the punishment. Recordings may be made of this. Refusal to compile will lead to the offenders sentence being raised to the next degree.
Second Degree: The Run The offender must make a lap around the entire map on foot. All members present have every right to encumber the member forced to run. More laps may be added depending on the offence. If the offender quits out early or refuses the offenders punishment is raised to the next degree.
Third Degree: The Swim The offender is airlifted out to sea and forced to swim back to shore while being randomly shot at. Can be forced to do this repeatedly depending on offence. If the offender quits out early or refuses the offenders punishment is raised to the next degree.
Fourth Degree: Castration The offender is forced to take his bike (or vehicle of Clubs choosing) and sell it. A patched member must witness the offender do so (Video may be required). Refusal of selling the chosen vehicle will have the offender's punishment raised to the next degree.
Fifth Degree: Suspension The offender is exiled for a period of time. Is not permitted to communicate with any member patched or prospect or attend any club events for a given amount of time. The time will be decided depending on offence. Communicating with a suspended member will be grounds for punishment as well as extending the suspended members suspension.
Sixth Degree: Removal The offender is stripped of their patch and thrown out of the Club. May still stay in contact with the club but may not attend events.
Seventh Degree: Exile The offender is stripped of their patch. The offender is then not allowed to communicate with any member patched or prospect. The offender will be killed in game on site. Communicating with an exiled member is punishable by suspension, removal or exile.
I: A record is made of any members that must be reprimanded this record will have an effect on promotions and eligibility for certain ranks and events. Any member with any higher than a fourth degree offence will not be considered for promotions. As well any member with higher than a fourth degree offence will not be permitted to go to meetings with other crews.
II: Prospects that receive two reprimanding regardless of degree are not permitted to patch in. They are then removed from the prospect crew.
III: The last two degrees do not need to be approved for prospects. The Sergeant at Arms may deal these out to prospects on first offence.
IV: Officers that break bylaws will be punished exclusively by the table not the Sergeant at Arms.
V: Table members that break bylaws may force the Club to hold elections for new leaders. Depending on degree of offence and a unanimous table decision (Excluding the offending party)
